Co-design, co-development and evaluation of “Tech-use Initiative for Kids Towards better OuTcomeS” (TIKTOTS) intervention: A Mixed-Methods Study

Are you a parent in Singapore who:

  • Is concerned about your child's screen time habits?
  • Has a healthy child between 0-1 years old?

OR

Are you a healthcare professional / early childhood educator in Singapore who:

  • Is concerned about children's screen time habits?
  • Has at least 1 year working experience with children aged 0-1?


If you answered yes to one of the above, you are eligible to participate in our research study to explore how we can design a solution to combat excessive and premature screen time for children!

Lived Experiences of Adolescents Using Digital Avatars: An Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis

Are you an adolescent:

  • Aged 10-19?
  • Playing online games within a virtual environment (e.g., Minecraft, Roblox) for at least 10 hours per week, using avatars that you have created and customized?


If you answered yes to the above, you are eligible to participate in a ~45 minutes interview (up to two sessions in total) with our research team to help us better understand how digital avatars influence your well-being!

Lived Experiences and Mental Health Needs of Fathers and Grandparents of Children on the Autism Spectrum in Singapore: A Phenomenological Study

Are you a father/grandparent in Singapore who:

  • Is above 21 years old?
  • Has a child/grandchild aged 18 and below who is diagnosed with autism?


If you answered yes to the above, you are eligible to participate in a ~10 minutes survey and/or (for grandparents) two interviews ~90 minutes in total with our research team to explore the experiences and mental health needs of fathers and grandparents of children on the autism spectrum in Singapore!

*a $15 token of appreciation will be provided after each interview.
